Steve Escoe
Steve Escoe is the CEO and President of Facts n Figures. Steve brings a depth of knowledge and experience learned over 38 years in food-service market research.
Steve has designed, directed and managed numerous food research & development projects for an impressive variety of clients, from fine dining leaders to quick service restaurants, from fast casual chains to product manufacturers/distributors. Steve uses cutting edge methodologies to discover the actionable insights that clients can rely on.

Bonnie Ponaman
Bonnie is our VP is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. She has over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, health educator, and researcher.
Bonnie holds a B.S. degree in Health Science from California State University, Northridge and is a certified moderator from the Burke Institute.

Bob Johnson
As Director of Client Relations, Bob collaborates with clients to execute superior research. His 30 years of market research experience, excellent leadership skills and knowledge in consumer and business-to-business research makes him a vital asset to the success of each project.
Bob has managed hundreds of food research projects and is a foodie, always on the lookout for the next trend.

Kevin Suarez
Kevin is the newest member of the Facts 'n Figures team having been with the company for 2 years.
Kevin, after Graduating from California State University Northridge with a degree Marketing, joined Facts n Figures as Marketing Associate and Research Assistant.
Currently, he is a certified focus group moderator from the Burke Institute, and a Professional Certified Marketer in Digital Marketing by the American Marketing Association.

Silvia Roldan
Silvia has been with the company since 1999. She began as an Interviewer and has been promoted overtime to her current position. Silvia manages both quantitative and qualitative projects statewide, in English and Spanish.
Silvia oversees the recruiting department and is the direct contact with clients during a project. Her experience, wealth of knowledge and dedication are true assets for which our clients value.

Jon is an experienced executive leader with a diverse background spanning 25 years in sales, marketing, operations, and executive management at district, regional and corporate levels for startups and established companies. He combines business and technology for transformative business outcomes and tangible bottom-line results.
Currently, Jon is COO at Facts n Figures, Inc. responsible for driving organization efficiency, rapid growth in revenue and increasing profitability through innovative technology solutions, and rigorous project management. Jon has been directly responsible for driving over one billion dollars in revenue over his career.
