Covid-19 Update
Your Safety in our Facility is our Top Priority
As we continue to conduct in person research at our facility during COVID, we want to reassure you, our clients that we are taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our respondents, clients, and staff. We are constantly monitoring new information as it becomes available, following CDC guidelines, and have implemented protocols for conducting research in our facility: Social distancing, wearing of face coverings, hand washing, and disinfecting work space and common areas.
Facts 'n Figures has also implemented in-home CLT's and hybrid taste tests/focus groups, as well as national, online focus groups.

Waiting Room

All employees and visitors entering the facility are required to wear face coverings

A maximum of 4 respondents will be permitted in the waiting room at one time, keeping social distancing of 6 feet apart

All employees and visitors are required to have their temperature taken prior to entry (Anyone with a temperature above 100.4F will not be permitted to enter)
Front Desk Waiting Room

We have installed Acrylic separators for social distancing

Hand Sanitizer are available for respondents and clients

Respondent Check-in process has been restructured to minimized time spent in the waiting room

All objects including, Clipboards, Pens, are sanitized before and after use
Testing Rooms & Client Viewing areas

Respondent group sizes for focus groups and CLT's have been minimized per CDC recommendations. We are also minimizing client visitors (As us about remote viewing.)

We’ve implemented social distancing measures in our testing areas, conference rooms, and client observation rooms

Acrylic separators have been installed to minimize contact between respondents during taste tests and focus groups.

All tables, chairs and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before & after each research session

Employees are required to wear face masks, face shields, gloves, and apron when serving food or beverage to respondents

The respondent check out process has been restructured to avoid crowding and easy exit from the facility
