Health Care Testing Inc. (Hct) is a healthcare specialty marketing and clinical research firm. Hct was founded in 1998 to address the ever-increasing needs and challenges facing the national health care community. We are a subsidiary of Facts 'n Figures, Inc., a field service and management marketing research firm with over 30 years experience, based in Los Angeles, California.

HCT is a dedicated group of healthcare and marketing research specialists striving for a healthier future.

Hct is lead by our president, Bonnie Ponaman, RN, BS who has 17 years experience in Nursing and Health Education. She has written extensive Quality Assurance tools and reports, developed, implemented and analyzed patient satisfaction surveys, developed and implemented nursing research projects, developed a model and set the standard for educational programming for surgical patients for a major HMO, written patient education curriculums, teaching plans and patient instruction forms, and co-authored a patient educational book on Breast Cancer.

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art computer systems to ensure the highest level of quality, accurate documentation and complete security. Interviewing staff participates in a thorough training session prior to working on a project. All projects are closely monitored to ensure adherence of standards and protocols. Test products are stored under double lock. For clients who choose to have lab specimens processed, HCT contracts licensed laboratories for specimen processing who meet Health Department regulations and are accredited by the American Association of Bio-Analysts and licensed throughout the United States.
