As Director of Client Relations, Bob collaborates with clients to execute superior research. His 30 years of market research experience, excellent leadership skills and knowledge in consumer and business-to-business research makes him a vital asset to the success of each project. Bob has managed hundreds of food research projects and is a foodie, always on the lookout for the next trend.
Bob started his career as a phone recruiter and interviewer, and soon climbed the ladder to management.
Since joining Facts ‘n Figures in 2006, he has successively directed multiple projects for food industry leaders such as McDonald’s, California Pizza Kitchen, KFC, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Baskin Robbins, Subway to name a few. He has also successfully guided manufacturers/distributors including Nestles, Kellogg’s, Wrigley’s, Tropicana, Bush’s Beans, Frito-Lay, Tyson, Cargill and Simplot.
Bob is a cum laude graduate of California State University, Northridge with a BA in journalism.
